Meet Jez…

He started out in Engineering and worked for a UK manufacturer of Variable Speed Drives (Inverters). It was here as Customer Quality Manager he learnt the benefits and importance of being ‘customer-focused’.
His role consisted of travelling around the world liaising between the 120+ “in-company clients,” and the R&D and manufacturing facility in the UK. At times this meant acting as peacemaker, arbitrator (and sometimes diplomat), to resolve the issues, problems, wants and needs of each client.
During this period in his career he was first introduced to “Kaizen” and the world of continuous improvement.
Frequent travel also meant he had to develop systems which allowed regular contact with his clients, while at the same time were easy to manage from anywhere.
He was headhunted by a Japanese Manufacturer – previously unknown in the UK and European markets – and was part of a hit-team selected to take the business to “known” status within 3 years. The team achieved its target in just over two and a half.
It was a combination of having a client-focused philosophy, the creation of effective systems using “test & measure” techniques and targeted marketing strategies, which led to his knowledge, experience and passion for Direct Marketing.
In 2000 he started his own business, developing result-focused design for brochures and other marketing materials for local SMEs. It was by taking a systemised approach during these initial years, combined with the results achieved for direct marketing clients, which led to the adaptation, development and continuous improvement of a marketing system that produces predictable and consistent results.
Over the years since his business was established, this has developed into a fully-fledged Marketing System, proven to achieve business growth of between 20 and 100% in 3 to 6 months for almost any business, regardless of industry.
Following his own rules of personal continuous improvement, Jez has always sought to broaden his knowledge of other business systems, to make his growth strategies more effective. This includes discovering new direct response marketing techniques he can adapt and implement across a variety of market sectors for his clients.
He has learnt (and continues to learn) from some of the most successful names in the business, including Clayton Makepeace, Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham, Rich Schefren, Paul Gorman, Drayton Bird and Jay Conrad Levinson.
